Fairfield University Sculpture Restorations

Michael Keropian has conserved sculpture for the Fairfield University since 2010, working directly with Dr. Katherine Schwab professor of art and visual culture in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts, curator of the Plaster Cast Collection.

From the beginning of their collaboration, Michael designed a bracket and hook system to carefully hang and support the many heavy plaster Parthenon Frieze sections on the walls of the new Bellarmine Museum that opened in late 2010. He continues to provide conservation to sculptures that need TLC.
